The patient's satisfaction with services provided in a dental office

Socioeconomic transformations and the development of the free market of health services force dentists to adapt to changing expectations of their patients.

Appropriate material and organizational activities as well adequate interpersonal communication form the foundation for an effi cient dental offi ce the services of which are highly rated by patients.

On the basis of the literature review and the own clinical experience, the paper discusses factors that increase the satisfaction level of a dental offi ce patient.
